Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), patient audio recordings and clinical notes are classified as sensitive personal data. Our system is built with a Türkiye-only data residency requirement — patient data is processed and stored within the country, and is not copied or transferred to systems outside the clinic's own infrastructure.
International patients visiting Türkiye for dental care are covered by the same KVKK protections, which follow data protection principles similar to the EU's GDPR.
Türkiye-only infrastructure
All processing takes place on servers located within Türkiye. The clinical note is stored as part of the patient record.
No audio stored
Audio is processed in real time to generate the note and is never saved.
Clinic-only access
Patient data is only accessible to clinic staff directly involved in that patient's care.
Consent, every time
Patient consent (açık rıza) is obtained before every recording.
Never used to train AI models
Data is encrypted from reception to storage. Patient information is never used for AI training.
